Welcome to my Tribute Fund. I have created this page to help raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association and continue remembering the life of my Grandad, Jim Francis. I am participating in the MND Walk on the 19th June, in London. So if you would like to raise some money for this, please look on the website and register. My Grandad was diagnosed with MND Decemeber 2004, and passed away May 13th 2005! It's been a shock to his family, especially his wife Pauline, and his two daughters Jackie and Jayne, who did not leave his side in his last weeks of life. The only way to help us to deal with the loss is to raise as much awareness as we possibly can, and to help raise money for MND! All money raised on these pages will be earmarked as being donations made via this Tribute Fund when they reach Motor Neurone Disease Association.
